The Lenk trail

I am gathering my notes on Raivo Lenk. Since 2004, his name has returned in port files, consulting firms, electoral campaigns and communication operations, apparently innocuous. He always moves at a distance but never in the front line.

I cannot yet publish the full file. I am missing confirmations on several points. I know I must be careful, and all the more careful because I feel close.
