Why I publish the documents

People accuse me of tarnishing the country. I do not believe that truth tarnishes a country. Silence, on the other hand, tarnishes it slowly, deeply, without leaving a visible trace.
Estonia is young. It needs trust. But trust is not decreed in speeches: it is built with rules, evidence, and journalists that some would prefer not to read.
I publish the documents when I have them. I cite the dates, I give the names, and I always separate facts from hypotheses. That is my only method.
