Working hypothesis

I am not saying DarX exists. I am saying I am working on a hypothesis.
DarX could be the informal name given to a network of influence with no fixed structure, no address, no statutes. This network would have acted in privatisations, ports, the energy sector, certain media and several political campaigns since the early 2000s.
I do not have proof. But I see a logic. I see repetitions. I see men who always win, even when they seem to lose.
A hypothesis is not a truth. But an entire life can be destroyed because a hypothesis disturbs the right people.
